OpenSled is a small, focused utility site. If something is not working correctly, you found an error in a conversion guide, or you have a question about how a tool works, this is the right place to reach out.
General inquiries and bug reports go to info@opensled.com. Privacy-specific requests go to privacy@opensled.com.
Bug reports and corrections
If you spot a conversion error, a broken page or unexpected behavior, a short description helps a lot. Include the full URL of the page, the browser and device you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
For conversion corrections, include the unit pair, the input value, the result you saw, and a reference source for the expected result. The more specific you are, the faster the problem can be reproduced and fixed.
Feedback and suggestions
OpenSled keeps a short public list of tools intentionally. If you think a conversion category or guide would genuinely help everyday users, feel free to suggest it. The focus is on tools that work well on mobile, load quickly and explain results clearly rather than just showing a form.
Suggestions that fit the site's scope — practical unit conversions, clear formulas, short geography guides — are reviewed when time allows.
Privacy requests
For questions or requests related to data, cookies or advertising, write to privacy@opensled.com. If your request concerns an optional leaderboard name submitted through Earthgame, include the exact name as it appears in the top scores list.

Response time
Messages are reviewed regularly. OpenSled is intentionally kept small, so replies may take a few days rather than hours. Clear, specific messages are easiest to act on quickly. Vague reports or questions that are already answered in the About or Privacy Policy pages may not receive individual replies.
