Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This policy explains how OpenSled handles ordinary website operation, advertising, analytics and optional geography scores.

1. General use

Most OpenSled visitors can use the public converter and guides without creating an account. Standard conversion inputs are handled in the browser when a feature does not need a server round trip.

2. Technical data

Like most websites, OpenSled and its infrastructure providers may process technical data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, browser type and response status. This is used for operation, security, debugging and traffic analysis.

3. Advertising

OpenSled may show Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud.

Where required by law, consent is obtained before non-essential advertising cookies are used.

Google’s advertising policies are available at Google advertising technologies.

4. Optional score data

Earthgame can optionally submit a player name and score to a public high-score list. If you submit a name, it may appear publicly on the leaderboard. Use a nickname if you prefer not to expose identifying information.

5. Retention

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation, security, debugging, abuse prevention or legal compliance. Optional leaderboard entries may remain visible until replaced or removed during maintenance.

6. Your choices

You may disable cookies in your browser, though that can affect ad behavior or consent preferences. You may also request removal of an optional leaderboard entry by contacting the site.

7. Contact
